Tournament sign-ups
Browse every event out there, see the cost, add what you want against your budget, and submit. It routes to your director, you review it together, and the organization pays. No more chasing a dozen tournament sites. You still load your own rosters into PBR, PG or whoever is hosting.
Practice space request (the matrix)
Request practice space against the weekly grid so slots are allocated once rather than negotiated over text. A full scheduling form is due to go live in September. In the meantime, fall practice space at Shelby goes through Carter or Greg.

Booking space at a facility
How to reserve time outside your standing practice slot. While the Shelby renovations are underway, every use of that building is coordinated with Greg first so he can put you in the right section.

Tryouts and offers
Coaching: Evaluate, not instruct. Consistent evaluation criteria across all four locations.
Operations: Tryout registration, offer letters, non-offer communication, roster targets by team.
Fall ball
Coaching: Position exposure and situational play. Low arm load coming off summer.
Operations: Rosters finalised, coach agreements signed, compliance training completed before first practice.
Winter training
Coaching: Skill acquisition in limited cage space. Strength work. Arm care base building.
Operations: Facility scheduling, tournament submissions, uniform ordering, fundraising, payment plans.
Spring
Coaching: Build to game speed. Manage the high school season overlap, especially pitcher workload.
Operations: Schedule conflicts with high school ball, coach coverage, weather cancellations.
Summer tournaments
Coaching: Compete. Manage pitcher workload across multi-game weekends.
Operations: Travel logistics, tournament fees, pitch count tracking, showcase coordination.
Handles aid requests consistently and inside the org-wide caps.
Waterford
Griff owns who is on the team. Dan owns running the program. Tommy Damon runs the facility and leads marketing.
Shelby Township
Operations and admin go to Greg. Facility and roster go to Carter. Pat Kenny is the third director. Softball coaches also have Louis Cardinale.
